In order to engage successfully with our project customer’s, B&R representatives follow a structured service plan.
1. INVESTIGATE: Includes researching the customer, project and any other relevant stakeholders.
2. UNDERSTAND: Discuss customer's needs and challenges for current and future projects to determine best solution.
3. SCOPE the work and prepare quotes and drawings as required based on customer's project specifications.
4. AGREE: With project proposal signed off, we move into manufacturing and equipment integration.
5. DELIVER: Ensure goods are shipped to site according to agreed timelines.
