Pre-Treatment Process

Most of our powdercoated products are manufactured using zinc-coated steel, which includes a continuous hot-dip zinc coating (20 microns) for enhanced corrosion resistance.
The pre-treatment process consists of four stages:
Stage 1 & 2 – Cleaning and Phosphating:
Removes oils and grease, then applies an Iron Phosphate coating to improve paint adhesion and ensure even coverage.
Stage 3 – Fresh Water Rinse:
A pressurised rinse using recirculated fresh water.
Stage 4 – Final Seal Rinse:
Applies a final sealing coat to prepare the surface for powdercoating.
We conduct regular Titration Tests on phosphate tanks to ensure compliance with specifications set by our pre-treatment chemical and powdercoat suppliers.

| Light Grey (RAL7035) | 3.5°C |
| Pebble Grey (RAL7032) | 4.6°C |
| Smoke Blue (T33) | 6.2°C |
| Storm Grey (N42) | 7.7°C |
| French Blue (B21) | 7.7°C |
| Orange X15 | 8.0°C |
| Signal Red | 11.6°C |
| Black | 15.0°C |
