B&R Enclosures Pty Ltd – Croc-tober Promotional Giveaway

ligibility 

• The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 

• Employees of B&R Enclosures Pty Ltd, its associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. 

• Only one entry per person is permitted. 

• To enter, participants must submit a Switchboard Enquiry for an eligible B&R Enclosures Infinity product through the B&R Enclosures Instagram “Link in Bio”. 

• Eligible Switchboard Enquiries submitted between 1 October 2026 and 8 October 2026 at 11:59am AEST will also be automatically included in the first Draw Period, provided they meet all other entry requirements. 

• Where a person submits multiple eligible Switchboard Enquiries, only their first eligible enquiry will be counted as an entry. 

• Entries must contain genuine and complete information. 

• B&R Enclosures reserves the right to verify entries and reject any entry it reasonably considers fraudulent, fictitious, incomplete or submitted solely for the purpose of entering the promotion. 

Promotional Period 

• The promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on 9 October 2026 and closes at 6:00pm AEST on 31 October 2026. 

• Eligible Switchboard Enquiries submitted from 1 October 2026 will be considered for the promotion in accordance with the Draw Periods outlined below. 

• Entries received after 6:00pm AEST on 31 October 2026 will not be eligible. 

Draw Periods 

There will be four Draw Periods, with one winner randomly selected from all eligible entries received during each Draw Period: 

• Draw Period 1: 1 October – 9 October 2026 — winner drawn 16 October 2026 

• Draw Period 2: 10 October – 16 October 2026 — winner drawn 23 October 2026 

• Draw Period 3: 17 October – 23 October 2026 — winner drawn 30 October 2026 

• Draw Period 4: 24 October – 31 October 2026 — winner drawn 2 November 2026 

Prize 

• Four prizes will be awarded during the promotion, with one prize awarded to one winner from each Draw Period. 

• Each winner will receive one pair of Crocs with custom-made B&R charms. 

• The Crocs size will be confirmed with each winner after the draw. 

• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

Draw and Winner Notification 

• The draw will be conducted by B&R Enclosures Pty Ltd at B&R Enclosures Head Office, Brisbane, QLD. 

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries for the relevant Draw Period. 

• Winners will be contacted via email using the contact details provided with their entry. 

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, or is found to be ineligible, B&R Enclosures reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries for that Draw Period. 

• B&R Enclosures reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
