B&R's Polynova range of plastic enclosure and adaptable boxes consists of 6 different enclosure groups, the PJ, PS, PM, PC, PN & PD. Polynova has a range of small and large enclosures, with protection ratings of IP55, IP65 and IP66, making them the ideal plastic adaptable box for any application.
PJ & PS Range
The PJ & PS range of plastic enclosures are a type of adaptable box, suitable for housing terminations, push buttons and low voltage switchgear.
The PJ is a noryl thermoplastic enclosure, with a screw fit lid, rated to IP55. It is available in 16 different sizes ranging from the smallest 110 x 75 x 65mm to the largest 300 x 220 x 150mm (HxWxD).
The PS is a polyester enclosure, with a screw fit lid, rated to IP66. It comes in 24 different sizes ranging from smallest 65 x 50 x 55mm to the largest 250 x 150 x 130mm (HxWxD).
Both the PJ & PS range are available with an opaque or polycarbonate clear lid.
PM & PC Range
The PM & PC range of plastic enclosures are a type of modular box, suitable for switchboard distribution centres and electronic control units.
The PM is a noryl thermoplastic enclosure with a plastic screw fit lid, rated to IP65. It is available in 5 different sizes, ranging from the smallest 270 x 180 x 165mm to the largest 540 x 360 x 165mm (HxWxD).
The PC is a polyamide thermoplastic enclosure with a plastic screw fit lid, rated to IP66. It is available in 19 different sizes, ranging from the smallest 135 x 135 x 130mm to the largest 720 x 540 x 205mm (HxWxD).
Both the PM & PC range is available with an opaque or polycarbonate clear lid.
PN & PD Range
The PN and PD ranges are a general purpose plastic enclosures, suited to applications that require regular maintenance or access.
The PN is a polyester enclosure, with a hinged, opaque or clear lid, rated to IP66. It is available in 12 different sizes ranging from the smallest 130 x 100 x 70mm to the largest 735 x 535 x 250mm (HxWxD).
The PD is a glass reinforced polyester enclosure, with a tool lockable hinged door, rated to IP65. It has the largest range of accessories and is available in sizes ranging from the smallest 350 x 300 x 160mm to the largest 800 x 600 x 300mm (HxWxD).
