The iLINQ internal rails system (IRS) consists of 3 different types of rails. Door rails, matrix rail for heavy items and profile rail (in two sizes).
Matrix rail is typically used for heavier or complex configurations. It can be mounted to the frame profile, to other rails and any combination of frame and rails in any direction (height, width or depth). Accessories and other equipment can be fitted to the matrix rails by using front access cage nuts (M6 or M8) or M5 taptites.
Profile rail is typically used to hold lighter items in the enclosure. It is available in heights of 25 or 50 mm and is suitable for M6 or M8 cage nuts and M5 taptites. The profile rail is self aligning and supporting between the frame profiles of the enclosure.
Door rails are also an option for supporting equipment inside the enclosure. iLINQ doors are supplied with a stiffening frame as standard, and door rails fits into this frame. Door rails can be supplied in various lengths to suit standard enclosure sizes.
