The Role
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and well organised estimator to join our small but growing team at our Riverwood manufacturing site. This is a pivotal role reporting to the Operations Manager, with a key focus on preparing engineering drawings and tender documentation. You will also be responsible for ensuring design work meets relevant regulations and standards.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Create and modify CAD drawings to meet customer and
regulation requirements
Tender document preparation to assist management
Customer liaison
The Person
We are looking for an experienced estimator with at least 4 years experience in a similar role. The successful applicant will have exceptional time management skills and strong attention to detail. Additionally the successful candidate will need to have:
Previous hazardous location experience
AutoCAD experience
Knowledge of the hazardous area standards, certifications and regulations
Experience with tender document preparation
Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering (highly regarded)
Intermediate Microsoft computer skills
